What is Visualization

Visualization is when you can picture something in your mind and be able to write it down example. If i was reading a book and then there was a character called Charlie and it describes him that he has black hair and a brown top you would be able to draw it down on a price of paper and being able to visualise him in your own image here is an example from a book I am reading.
